Warranty Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs conducted at Gadcet Mobile Repair. This warranty covers any issues related to the specific repair we performed on your device. Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. The warranty is applicable only to repairs performed by Gadcet Repair. It does not cover any pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to the repair performed.
2. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who availed the repair service.
3. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise as a direct result of the repair conducted by our technicians.
4. In the event of a warranty claim, Gadcet Repair reserves the right to inspect the device and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.
5. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or tampering by the customer or any third party.
6. Gadcet Mobile Repair holds the sole discretion to either repair or replace the defective parts or device covered under warranty. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
7. The warranty becomes void if any unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the device by anyone other than Gadcet Mobile Repair technicians.
8. Any additional repairs or modifications performed by Gadcet Mobile Repair after the initial repair will be covered by a separate warranty, starting from the date of the subsequent repair.

How to Claim Warranty: If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Gadcet Repair: Reach out to our customer support team via phone or email, providing your original repair invoice number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
2. Evaluation and Repair: Our team will assess the issue described and guide you through any troubleshooting steps if necessary. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide instructions for sending your device back to our repair center.
3. Warranty Claim Processing: Upon receiving your device, our technicians will inspect it and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of the warranty coverage. If eligible, we will repair or replace the defective parts or device accordingly.
4. Device Return: Once the repair is completed, we will return your device to you promptly, ensuring it is fully functional and meets our high-quality standards.

Please note that any costs associated with shipping your device to Gadcet Repair for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and securing appropriate insurance for your device during transit.
